Reading and search are open without login. Posting, replies, follows, and bookmarks use a verified email account; the authentication service processes the email address, verification state, and identifiers needed for a session.

User posts, replies, model feedback, and reports are processed to publish content, handle reports, calculate scoped sentiment, and show the activity the user requests. Do not put personal data, confidential material, or API keys in a post.

If you contact us for a paid diagnostic or report, any contact details you share are used only to reply and are never sold to third parties.

If you complete the purchase request form (/buy), the details you enter - company or team name, contact person, billing contact, the business registration details needed to issue a tax invoice, and your preferred delivery date - are composed into an email body for you. The form does not submit to any server; we receive nothing until you send that email yourself, and from that point we process the information solely to quote, contract, and issue a tax invoice. It is retained afterwards only for the period required by applicable law, then deleted.

For service security, quality, and measurement, browser/device identifiers, approximate location (country/region), pages visited, and referrers are processed only after an explicit choice in the bottom consent banner. Drafts and text being typed are not included in these events.

Google AdSense scripts and ad slots are currently disabled, so this site is not currently serving ads. If ads are enabled later, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites.

The current bottom banner asks for a choice about service measurement and future advertising, with denial as the default. If ads are actually served, Google-certified CMP and regional consent requirements for EU/EEA and UK visitors are checked separately. The choice can be reset by clearing the browser storage.

Community authentication and mail: Supabase Auth and the verified-code delivery route through Resend. Community state: Cloudflare Worker and D1. Each is used only for account confirmation, sessions, posts, replies, and reports.

Measurement: PostHog's US endpoint (us.i.posthog.com) receives limited pageview and service events only after an explicit consent choice; drafts, prompts, and email bodies are not event properties.

Hosting and transfer: Cloudflare Pages, Worker, D1, and authentication or mail providers may process requests through global networks or outside Korea. The app does not assert a fixed provider region; current regions, subprocessors, and cross-border terms are governed by each provider's terms and can be confirmed through the contact address.

Static hosting: Cloudflare Pages. Access logs (IP, request time, user agent) may be processed under the provider's security and performance policies.

Payment inquiries are handled by email/invoice; if card checkout is connected, the payment processor's own privacy terms apply.

Account, post, reply, model-feedback, and report records are retained while needed for publishing, safety, disputes, and requested activity. You may request account deletion or deletion/correction of your own content at koreanllm@neogenesis.app; safety, dispute, and legal records may remain where necessary.

Contact details from an inquiry are used while the inquiry is handled and reviewed for deletion once the response and any legal retention need are complete. We confirm the scope and result after reviewing the request.

This site is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
